1. Cancellations for Regular Clients

a. The clients need to notified (in writing: text or email.) any cancellation to Arlington Pet Pals within 24 hrs. prior the visit scheduled. If the clients fail will be charge 50% of the visit.

b. If the client fails to notify Arlington Pet Pals within 24 hrs. of cancellation and the Pet Sitter arrives at location and the client is at home, the client will be charge 70% of the visit if they do not want the service, otherwise it will be charge the normal rate.

c.If the client fails to notify Arlington Pet Pals within 24 hrs. of cancellation and the Pet Sitter arrives at location and the pet(s) would not be at home, the client will be charge 70% of the visit.


2. Cancellations for not Regular Clients

a. The clients need to notified (in writing: text or email.) any cancellation to Arlington Pet Pals within 24 hrs. prior the visit scheduled. If the clients fail will be charge 100% of the visit.

b. If the client fails to notify Arlington Pet Pals within 24 hrs. of cancellation and the Pet Sitter arrives at location and the client is at home, the client will be charge 70% of the visit if they do not want the service, otherwise it will be charge the normal rate.

c. If the client fails to notify Arlington Pet Pals within 24 hrs. of cancellation and the Pet Sitter arrives at location and the pet(s) would not be at home, the client will be charge 70% of the visit.


3. Payment

a. The client has the option to pay by check (payable to Arlington Pet Pals or Rafael Iraheta,) or credit-debit card through PayPal with additional 2% fee, or cash.

b. The client would have the option to pay weekly or bi-weekly.

c. When the client requires our services for an extended period of time (10 days or more) due to being out of town, 50% of the payment would be required at the begging of the service, and the other 50% at the end.

d. Arlington Pet Pals requests payment be made within 7 days of the dated invoiced. Otherwise a $15 late fee would be applied in the next invoice.


4. Other Policies

a. The dog has to wear its tag identification all the time while the walk.

b. If a client (for occasional clients.) request a visit-walk the same day, it would be at expense of time available for that day.

c. Holidays Arlington Pet Pals is open all year-round, however we are closed on Federal Holidays. If the client needs our services on a holiday, need to request the service at least 5 days in advance to check availability. Service on holidays will incur an additional $7.

d. If you request a service on Weekends, it will be $5 extra fee.

The client has the option to pay through PayPal, Check, or Cash
