a. The client needs to cancel 24 hrs prior to the scheduled walk-visit. Otherwise we will charge 100% of the visit.
b. If the cancellation is due to an emergency will be no charge.
c. All Holiday visits must be cancelled at least 48 hours ahead of time. Otherwise we will charge 100% of the visit.
2. If the dog walker / pet sitter visit the client house (with a scheduled visit) and the dog/cat would not be at home, we will charge 50% of the visit If the client would not call to cancel
3. If you are occasional client (few walk-visits a month) and call for a walk the same day, it would be at expense of time availability for that day
Arlington Pet Pals is open all year, however we are closed on Federal Holidays and if a client needs our services those days, it would require let us know in advance in order to see the availability. On holidays, however, an additional $7 per visit charge will be applied to any federal holiday.
a.The client would have the option to pay by check payable to Arlington Pet Pals or credit card through PayPal with additional 2% fee of the total of the invoice
b.The client would have the option to pay weekly or bi-weekly.
c. For vacation clients, an invoice with a self-addressed envelope will be left on the last visit
d.Payments are due on Fridays or the last day of the week (or bi-weekly.)
e. Arlington PetPals requests that payment within 7 days. Otherwise a $15 late fee would be apply
