Although, we are a small business all of us are professionals in this industry, of course, we love pets, so we combine our compassion and professionalism to take care of them. All of us have certificates in pet sitting, CPR in pets, and Rafael has received basic courses of masseurs for pets, and planning to get the rest of two courses in Washington DC. Yes, we spoil our pets, but shhh do not say anything to the owners.

Personally, I think there is nothing better knowing that my clients go to their workplace and focus on the job, not having any stress leaving their pets in good hands, OUR hands. Although we use the best software in the market for communication, and to check how your pets are doing, also we do check-in and check-out in every visit, etc. I am old fashion for communication, and I still believe in a simple call, if the client just wants to know about their pets.

Who is the owner?

Rafael has been the owner of Arlington Pet Pals for many years now, Rafael's background education is in the IT area, he is a Computer Engineer and has two master's degree among other higher education, however, his passion has been animals, mostly domestic ones (dogs and cats). Since he started with the pet sitting business has given all effort to offer the best service to his clients, getting an education in the Pet Sitting industry such as CPR for dogs and cats, a certificate in the pet sitting industry, pet behavioral, and more recently anxiety separation after Covid-19's times.

We are grateful we survived the pandemic times; we have become more knowledgeable, strong, and willing to offer the service our clientele derserve. We are professionals in the Pet Sitting industry and we are very proud of our job, helping our clients to take car of their furry kids.
